 I would like to introduce myself and my team. My real estate career began in early 2006. In spite of what some call a down market I have been able to create success maintaining a spot at Keller Williams Realty in the top 5 and consistently closing millions of dollars in sales every year. I quickly learned  that my rapidly growing business needed more than just me to ensure it ran smoothly. I started my team in 2010 with the goal of having several team members with individual specialties working towards the common goal of client satisfaction, and integrity in the real estate market.

Meet My Team: 

Melody Jobo: Administrative Assistant.
Melody joined our team in early 2013. She is in charge of making sure that all of our homes for sale are marketed properly and accuratly in the 5 MLS services that we are members of, SCMLS, GAMLS, FMLS, Athens Area MLS, and The Keller Williams Listing Service.She also makes sure that the contracts are in tact and complete and schedules are maintained.

Dawn Beatty: Short Sale Facilitator
Dawn obtained her Georgia real estate license in 2004. Her determination and compassion make her undoubtably the best choice for this position. Short sales by nature are difficult as banks find themselves with many upside down homeowners and not enough staff. Dawn makes our voices heard and makes sure that everyting is in place ensuring the success of our short sales. In such a delicate time for homeowners it is a relief for them not to have to be concerned about the process and focus on regaining stability for their future and their families. 

Tammy Shekey, Buyer Specialist:
Tammy joined the team in early 2011 as a Buyer Specialist. She has many years of experience  in all areas whether it be first time home buyers or seniors looking to downsize. From $100,000 to $1,000,000  She listens to her individual clients needs and finds them the perfect homes every time.

Charley Wood: 
Charley joined our team in 2013 after a very rewarding career teaching. Blessed with the gift of listening she will make sure every aspect of your transaction runs smooth. She has all the latest tools and technology at her fingertips to make sure you find the home of your dreams and the knowledge of the real estate market to make sure that you dont miss any of the great deals while showing you around all the pitfalls.

Allyson Compton, Buyer Specialist:
Allyson is the first and latest  latest addition to our family . She was my very first hire and started out behind the scenes in administration. After 3 years she decided to obtain her real estate license. She has been very successful at meeting the needs of our clients using her expertise of the real estate market developed over the years.
